Sootseer

Sootseer is nocturnal. It works at night and sleeps through the day, so a base staffed with nocturnal Pals appears idle every morning. That is expected behaviour, not a stuck server.

What Sootseer is worth on your server

Work suitability is fixed, but throughput is not. Your server's WorkSpeedRate multiplies what Sootseer produces at handiwork 3, and the hunger and sanity settings decide how long it keeps working before it stops to eat. If a base with the right Pals still feels slow, check those before rebreeding.

Data generated from the open-source palcalc dataset (MIT) at pinned revision 4b0af605e877, game data build v27. Element, active skills, drops and spawn locations are not in that dataset and are left out rather than guessed.
