Minecraft Flat World Generator
Stack the superflat layers you want, pick a biome, and copy both the in-game preset string and the exact server.properties lines (generator-settings JSON + level-type=minecraft:flat) to run it on your server. Layers go bottom to top. Runs in your browser.
Presets:
Total height: 0 blocks
How to apply it to your server
- Build your layers bottom to top - bedrock usually first. Use a preset as a starting point, then tweak blocks and thickness.
- In
server.properties, setlevel-type=minecraft:flatand paste thegenerator-settingsline above. - Generation only applies to a new world. Stop the server, move or delete the world folder, then restart so it regenerates flat.
On 1.16+ the generator-settings JSON is the authoritative form; the comma preset string is what you paste into the in-game Superflat Customize box for single-player or a quick copy. Both describe the same stack.
Running a creative, redstone, or minigame server?
Superflat worlds are the standard canvas for redstone, building practice, and minigames - and those are multiplayer by nature. The tool is free and needs no account; if you need somewhere to host it, Supercraft is one option among many.
